NEXT PRODUCTION - The Next Generation Present...

The Diary of Anne Frank
The Next Generation, the youth section of Heald Green Theatre Company, is to put on a production of The Diary of Anne Frank.
Set in Nazi-occupied Amsterdam, the play tells the story of Anne Frank and her family and the 25 months they spent in hiding before then were eventually discovered by soldiers. The diary chronicles the trying months of claustrophobic, quarrelsome intimacy with her parents, sister, a second family, and a middle-aged dentist. This is a touching story that gives us insight into the individual losses that took place during the period.

The show will be running on 10th/11th July and commences at 7.45pm. Tickets are priced at £6.50 and £5.00 for a child's concession and are available on 0161 436 5000.
